Started two days ago. If you are an adult with mitochondrial disease or in the process of diagnosis, please feel free to join. Discussions take place by way of email messages to mito-adults@googlegroups.com or on the web page.
Mitovia is growing as people find each other on the internet. The aim is to have ways to find support by way of a variety of technologies in a number of locations.
This is free, you need to register for a Google account though. If you already use and like Gmail, it will seem very familiar. I especially appreciate that the advertising is text only, like Gmail. You don’t have to wait for a bunch of graphics or movies to download on the web site.
