Just a quick post today. There was snow on the ground this morning! It is windy too, not very comfortable compared to recent weather. I suppose if we had a green Christmas, it is only fair that Easter is white.
Yesterday morning while I was on the phone, I saw a falcon attack a flicker that was shuffling through the grass just outside my west window. The raptor was about the same size as its prey! They scuffled and when I went out, they had struggled to the corner of the trailer, but apparently had separated by the time I got out with the camera. No feathers nor blood to be seen, so guess it was a clean escape.
