Autumn color, frost

Frost on leaves
We had our first heavy frost this morning after about a week of light frosts.

Bode at River Trail in Ford City
It has been a while since I posted, mostly because I have been making time to go out and view the autumn foliage and walk Bode in preference to working on the computer.

This morning I accidentally deleted the previous post from October 11 while trying to delete a claim post for Technorati that didn’t work. It recognized that I had a WordPress blog, but would go no further. I am wondering if the problem is because I have this blog installed on a subdirectory of my main site rather than as a subdomain? Anyway, when using WordPress, be sure to reload the page after deleting a post.

Autumn leaves reflected in Allegheny River
This morning the reds are almost gone to russet and gold.

Mockingbird perch
There is a mockingbird most mornings perched on an old pole by the Armstrong Trail.

I probably should have been uploading these as I took them, been working on it most of the day.
