This dynamically generated page displays an archive of information that formerly appeared in the news box on my home page. It is a modification of a Perl CGI script (with the DBI module) used as a Server Side Include (SSI) to query a custom MySQL database. I modified that original SSI script to display links to the most recent posts in my WordPress blog. That is why the entries end in 2008. (Using a front page or splash page that is a hybrid of a static and a dynamic page (SSI component) in front of a blog can simplify site administration while keeping the home page content fresh.)
